Reproduction Request

The Management reserves the right to assess the compatibility of the reproduction with the condition of the document.

Following the acceptance of the estimate, which will be sent via email to the requester, and upon receipt of payment, a link to a folder will be sent by email from which the material can be downloaded.

We invite you to download the form related to the use of reproductions and attach it, filled out, through the form at the bottom of the page.

Information for reproductions for study/private purposes or scientific (non-commercial) publications

Manuscript and printed books: Photos taken with personal devices are free (except in special cases, for valuable or rare items, as indicated by the Management).
For photos or scans made by the Library, a fee of €0.50 per shot applies.
For full reproductions or reproductions exceeding 10 sheets (= 20 pages) made by the Library, a fee ranging from €25.00 to €50.00 will apply (depending on the item’s value or rarity).

Correspondence-Letters: For photos or scans made by the Library, a fee of €1.00 per page is required.

Information for reproductions for commercial purpose

Reproductions for commercial purposes can be requested from the Library or done by a professional.
The reproduction or publication authorization request is submitted to the library through the downloadable form.

Cost of reproductions made by the Library:

a) Manuscripts and printed books: €0.50 per shot
b) Correspondence-Letters: €1.00 per shot

For full reproductions or reproductions exceeding 10 sheets (= 20 pages), a fee ranging from €20.00 to €50.00 will apply (depending on the item’s value or rarity).

Reproduction rights cost for each image:

Inside the publication: €50.00
Cover: €100.00

These amounts serve as a reimbursement for document reproduction. The user is required to provide the Library with an analog or digital copy of the publication and a copy of the reproduction.
